Iqaluit is the capital of Nunavut, a territory in the north of Canada. I spent a week there teaching a course at the Nunavut Arctic College. I took a lot of photos that I'll share in the upcoming posts.
Feels as if life is a challenge there indeed. Of joy to see their houses painted with colour, provides hope, probably much needed during the upcoming months. What a contrast to Europe. Thoughtful impressions. Please have a good new week.
Really cool, Michael!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see the rest!

So interesting, Michael. I saw a documentary on modern day Eskimo life recently. I did look just like this!

ReplyDeleteLove colors and this post too :)
ReplyDeleteGreat shots Michael. I wasn't expecting the colours!
