(i've sat with it for just a while.) somehow the world seems right (well) here; the direction of things holds this up, the rock, enormous and unbudging (the earth is, after all, what it is) man both moving and stopping to consider, and the crow such a slash of black, roving undeterred, the rogue above us all. wonderful shot, michael.
